GENERAL TOS
I have the right to take back any of my designs if any of my TOS are broken. If published on toyhouse, designs MUST be kept public OR viewable to me via access key / authorisation. If they are not, I will assume their profile was removed and will reclaim them. If NOT published on toyhouse, credit MUST be included.You may redesign my characters on the condition that they are still somewhat recognisable, and the old design remains on their profile.By commissioning me, you agree that you will not use any of my design or art to represent the following: - zoophilia / pedophilia - ANY nswf topics - racism / xenophobia of ANY variety - homophobia / transphobia - the harm or abuse of minority groups - hateful / extremist groups & symbols associated with them - any other horrible things not listedYou also agree to not erase / Crop out my watermarks if they are present. They are there for a reason, please do not remove them.By owning a design made by me, you acknowledge that I am able to revoke my design at any point, if any of my TOS are broken.WHAT IF YOU WANT TO REVOKE A DESIGN? If I wish to revoke a design, there are a few ways that this can be handeled. These options vary depending on whether the design was traded or gifted to you, and whether you purchased the design with any form of currency / art. No matter the path taken, all designs must be returned to me within a week. If this does not happen, I will reclaim the design & your upload of them will be declared stolen.GIFTED / ADOPTED DESIGNS:
A redesign of the character will be made by you or another artist and the original design will be transferred back to me. This includes gifted/freebie designs.BLACKLIST
By purchasing / receiving a design made by me, you agree to NEVER give any of my designs to @Fancy_Eyeball or @Unown_world on toyhouse. I do not want any of my art or designs to be associated with these users.
